I am a private in home caregiver with experience in Dementia/Alzheimer's, I am able to provide my patient's with the ability to stay in their home's with one on one care consistency and routine. I'm experienced in vital check's, medication assistance, gait belt's, hoyer lift's, post-mortem care, bathing, oral care, dressing, cooking, light house keeping, transportation to and from appointment's, grocery shopping. I have experience working side by side with hospice and patient and families through the patient's finale day's.
