I am a very patient and caring person and believe I have a special knack when it comes to communicating and connecting with kids. I strive to think successful, inspiring and motivating thoughts in my own life and my nanny style reflects this. My nanny style is both nurturing and empowering and I am a huge advocate for building children's self-confidence and self-assurance. I try to continually spark curiosity and am truly dedicated in helping kids discover their interests, strengths and curiosities. I know how to develop a healthy balance between having fun while also maintaining mutual respect between the kids and me-without demanding it. But most importantly I strive to build and maintain mutual trust and respect between the parents and me. I really appreciate open communication and setting clear expectations. I'm an excellent multi tasker and love organization so I don't mind Running errands, light housekeeping, meal prepping and helping with projects while nannying.
