Sandy has worked with my family for over 5 years. She is a truly special caregiver. She does not simply watch my children. She engages, natures and plays with them. She encourages them to be active, to pursue their interests and work on developmentally appropriate skills, all while making sure they are having fun. She also strikes the perfect balance of firm, yet kind and fair and does a great job of communicating with me. I trust Sandy's judgment completely.
