I have 15yrs experience working in a preK through 12th grade and higher education (college) setting. I started my undergraduate degree in mathematics education, making it all the way to linear algebra until I made a decision to switch to Spanish education. Since I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, I made one more change in my undergraduate studies and decided on Child & Family Development. I have a terminal degree in Professional Counseling & Supervision (Doctor of Education) and have been working in the school system since 2008. I have experience working with ESOL and special needs population both professionally and personally. I absolutely enjoy tutoring, especially Math! When I used to provide homework help in the schools, students often told me I excite them about math when they used to hate it. I have an enormous amount of patient with students, because I want them to be confident and not frustrated.
