I am a professional caregiver with over 15 years of experience. I started my career with taking care of my parents and then opened a small senior care business. I have provided personal care to a wide variety of clients, including those with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, cardiovascular diseases, physical disabilities, as well as provide companionship. I am well versed in travel, literature, cinema, and music. I have a certificate as a Personal Support Specialist and certification in First Aid and CPR. I am a non-smoker and have reliable transportation. I started caring for seniors when my parents required more hands on assistance as they became older. I managed their medication, physician visits, and provided hospice care towards the end of their lives. I realized I have a special talent for providing compassionate care for our senior citizens. In my spare time, I like to enjoy music, theater, read, walk, bake, and make jewelry. I can cook nutritious and appetizing meals.
