About Sandra

I've been an educator for 27 years. I've taught Kindergarten and First Grade as a classroom teacher and grades K-5 as a reading Specialist for 16 years. I've tutored privately for 7 years, I've been a literacy Coach, trained teachers in assessments and interventions, led professional development for teachers in literacy, have experience working with students with autism, IEP's, neurodivergent learners, and I have Otron Gillingham certification. I've been a volunteer in Children's Ministry programs for 30 years and have been on staff at two churches as a Children's Director. I charge more $ however, you are getting a highly trained seasoned professional. I look forward to working with you and your children.
