Sandra has worked with my family and daughter for 10 years since my daughter was 2. She is the most dedicated, wonderful caregiver you could hope to find. Sandra is organized and understands how to make the entire household work for you and your child. I traveled extensively and could leave for up to two weeks without a moment of worry as long as Sandra was in charge! She works to understand your parenting style, but definitely instills basic values of respect, manners, independence and just plain nice behavior with your children. Sandra has years of experience working with many ages of children, and has great patience and insight into their multiple phases of emotional and physical growth. She helps your children navigate through these when you are not there. Sandra gets to know your children and is very creative to find activities for them that are engaging and build their talents. Finally, Sandra is very responsive and flexible - she will work with your family on a calendar but was always able to support us if we needed some 'last minute' help! Sandra is a real gem.
