I have been looking after young cousins and neighbors for as long as I have been old enough to look after them. However, this past semester I gained even more experience caring for and having fun with kids. I was going to school at UW-Milwaukee and I worked at the daycare center there every day, looking after kids from age 3 to 10. I have now transferred to Columbia College Chicago in order to pursue a career in music, and the one thing that I do miss about Milwaukee is the kids who I made friends with there. At the end of the semester to say goodbye, I wrote a song to play for some of the older kids who I was with daily and they were sad to see me go, but loved the song I left them with.
