About Samantha

I'd describe my personality as kind, funny, and outgoing. I like working with kids because I have a natural desire to nurture. I think children are the greatest blessing and working with them is a gift. I started working with kids when I was only 13. I was a volunteer worker in my church nursery, and then eventually worked as a leader for our primary age Sunday school program. In high school/college I was a full time nanny during the summers, and a group and private swim instructor during the school years. Most recently was a religion teacher to high school students. In my spare time, I like to read, spend time with family, have game nights with friends, and write poetry. One thing you should know about me is that my faith is very important to me and I carry it into all aspects of my life. My skills include first aid and CPR training (from swim instruction), as well as formal education (from teaching). I can also provide tutoring services along with childcare.
