Samantha was absolutely amazing. The situation with my grandma was not the easiest. She had dementia and did not like the help of caregivers. My brother also lived with my grandma and had mental problems and addiction issues. Samantha was able to take on my Grandma with no issues! I went through 12 different caregivers and she was one of 3 that I kept. She was NEVER late. She picked up extra days I needed covered because I had to let go of so many caregivers. She worked for 72 hours straight one time for me because I had to let another caregiver go. She never had an issue with picking up extra shifts and I never had to worry about her timeliness. My grandma was a very difficult case. She had bedsores, was not compliant and did not like to bathe. It was extremely difficult for everyone but Samantha was able to give my grandma bed baths with no issues! She went above and beyond. I'm very blessed to have had such an amazing caregiver with my grandma until her last days. Samantha is one of a kind, it's nearly impossible to find caregivers that TRULY care about their patients and the work that they do. She even adopted my Grandmas Dog after my grandma passed away. Samantha is a diamond. Thank you so much Samantha.
