About Samantha

Hello! My name is Samantha, and I am a recent graduate of a B. S. mathematics education program in Michigan. I also minored in English and intend to become a high school teacher when the opportunity arises. Throughout my undergraduate program, I immersed myself in many tutoring and teaching situations. I have been offering private tutoring services for 3 years now, but my experiences in educational settings extend beyond self-employment. They include a semester of student teaching, math center drop-in tutoring and individual tutoring for college students, summer camp counseling, seminar presentations at my university, and whatever other opportunities I could get my hands on! As I'm sure you can conclude from my extensive involvement in education, I absolutely love getting to know students and helping them master their material. It is my personal belief that a person can do anything that they put their mind to, and that is the foundation of every session I tutor.
