We had a verbal agreement for Samantha to work an initial weekend and she did not show up, and did not give us any warning that there was a problem. We hope she is okay: she did not respond to text messages or phone calls. It is hard to imagine that anything short of a serious emergency would preclude her contacting us. We were disappointed--and worried.
