About Saman

Hi families! My name is Sam. I am an Infant/Toddler specialist with over 8 years classroom experience working with infants and toddlers as young as 6 weeks old :) Some of the tasks that are natural to me: -learning through play -maintaining a rich vocabulary -lots of reading & singing (so much growth and development happens here!) -positive reinforcement -redirecting attention & behavior -respecting and honoring each child's individual needs -working with each child to promote their individual learning goals, and encouraging independence through assigning small one step tasks, or multi-step directions -tending to child's basic needs, such as bottle feeding, diaper changing, nap times, transition from inside to outside, as well as set up and coordinate small and large group activities.
