About Rylee

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, passionate, and driven! I like working with kids because I can make a difference in the lives of families and the children I work with. I'm looking for a job that involves helping a family with a special needs child get reliable childcare. I started working with kids in mid-2022 as a Registered Behavior Technian, specializing with children and teens with autism and/or ADHD. In my spare time, I like to do jigsaw puzzles and read. One thing you should know about me is that I am also autistic! I love working with the special needs population because I can understand the challenges families and individuals face in a unique way. My skills include experience with special needs, can handle challenging behaviors, and integrating educational skills into playtime.
