I have more than 5 years of experience in childcare with newborns and up to age 10. I grew up in a Ukrainian household with lots of younger kids where I started babysitting at a young age. Ruth is a very nice girl. She didn't end up being a good fit for our family. Would have loved for it to work out. She was late several times, was watching TV while the baby was awake, cancelled late notice and quit with no notice.
