About Rusty

I'd describe my personality as fun, caring, and authentic. I like working with kids because I am a big kid. I have been doing child care since I could. I was 12 years old when I landed my first babysitting job. I have been a stable nanny for several families. I have raised three of my own sons and have been influential in countless children's lives. My sons are grown and I find that I don't want to wait for grandchildren before being able to influence the next generation with compassion, respect and education. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be creative and educational for the benefit of the people I care for. In my spare time, I like to read, swim, go on walks in nature, and enjoy time at faith building activities. One thing you should know about me is I care deeply and speak the truth in love.
