About Ruby

I have cared for children and elderly since I was 19 years old. I have two grown kids of my own ages 24 and 26, both girls and 2 step kids ages 9-11 a boy and girl. I helped raise 7 children over the years. I love children and I love to watch them grow and learn as much as possible. I had my first babysitting job at the age of 13 for an after school job to make money for my summer vacation. I am CPR certified in both adults and children. I have previously been certified as a medication technician as well. I have worked with dementia and all stages of Alzheimer's patients for at least 12 years, but my true passion is helping families with their most precious cargo. To know that I am making a positive difference in someone else's life, and that feeling is truly priceless. I have had many different kinds of jobs over the years, but my heart keeps pulling me back to caring for others.
