About Roxana

I have a BA in Music Studies, and have studied guitar for over 10 years. I currently teach guitar, ukelele, and beginner piano lessons, and general music classes to children and adults. I teach kids as young as 3 years old! I like to take an approach with my lessons : let the child's interest guide us. That means that if the child wants to learn show tunes, great! we will both learn show tunes. If they seem too tired for a guitar lesson, we might spend our time listening and analyzing their favorite songs (this often inspires the kid). I'm here to foster a love of music and give the kids the tools to become lifelong musicians and music lovers.
