We were very impressed with Rose from her first day with us. Rose is very professional and takes her job very seriously. Rose is attentive and affectionate with our 11 month old and he just adores her. He is always very excited to see Rose! Rose is child-centered and can read our son by his noises and facial expressions. She plans activities and nap times accordingly. She provides a lot of variety in activities for our son. They read, sing, play, go to the park, play clapping games, listen to music, go to music class, etc. Rose is also very aware of child developmental milestones and has supported our son alongside us with introducing solid food, crawling, beginning walking, etc. Rose has also accompanied us to doctor appointments and was helpful in reporting on her observations. Rose also texts us while we are at work to keep us informed on our baby's day-very nice! Rose is very reliable and responsible. She is often early and will stay later for us. Rose really goes the extra mile in cleaning up after our son, making sure his laundry is washed, folded, and put away, as well as, cleaning up his toys, etc. We highly recommend Rose. She is such a loving person and so committed to supporting a child's growth. We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful person to care for our son.
