I had a chance to speak to her. She made herself available in the pre-screening process. Once I offered her the job. Immediately later, she told wanted to be upfront and that she had applied for another full-time position. However, she was kind or helpful enough to say to me that her sister was available for the opportunity. Rosa was asking $20-25 as a short-term start. Her sister Myrian wanted $25. However, I brought it down to $22. Her sister showed up and met my grandmother last Saturday. On Monday, She did the service for one day. For 5 hours. She requested it at the end of her shift for payment. I paid her for the day and the day she went to meet my grandmother. Gas prices are crazy. I requested Myrian her identification, and she provided it because I needed her legal name so I could pay her, and I haven't heard from Rosa's sister since then. I asked for Myrian two work references also, and I'm guessing she was not able or wanted to provide these documents. My grandmother said she was excellent; however, she was exhausted after most of the day out at the doctor's office.
