Rosangela showed up promptly for her interview, but arranged for someone else to show up on her first day. She was suppose to take my mother to the doctor but called the day before to tell me the lady she was sending was having car trouble. I found all of this unacceptable for so many reason. I told her I would make other arrangements now and in the future.
