I just can’t say enough good about Romel! My father loved Romel, she found a way to connect with him despite his advanced dementia, and using a gentle approach was able to complete all his care needs. Romel is reliable, professional, patient, and very good at finding the approach that will work with a sometimes “difficult” client. I felt secure in leaving my father in Romel’s capable hands without hesitation. She provided me with much needed respite and peace of mind and communicated clearly any observations or concerns. I feel so very lucky to have found such an outstanding caregiver, she even reached out to check on me after my father passed. I highly recommend Romel!
