About Robin

I was a teacher for over 15 years and have a degree in Education and Child Development. I recently went through treatment for Stage III cancer and am currently in remission. The diagnosis and treatment were such an eye opening experience and it made me want to support others who may be dealing with a similar situation or may be feeling lonely. I have a friend whose mother is in a care facility and it breaks my heart to see how lonely she is. I see how she struggles with day to day activities and I feel I could provide a lot of support to others in this situation. I would love to support seniors any way I can, whether it's reading a book, playing a board game or going for a stroll.
