About Robert

STEM tutor with 7 years of experience and a professional background as a Software Engineer at NASA and MIT, I blend traditional teaching methods with practical, hands-on learning. Teaching and learning are my passions! I offer both help with coursework in Math and Physics with personalized lessons available for coding in languages such as: Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, arduino and more. I started tutoring when I was in university in 2017. I started as a Calculus tutor at a community college and expanded to pre calculus, trigonometry, algebra and physics. In 2019 I began developing curriculums and teaching both individual and group lessons in coding. I love the material I teach. I believe the onus of learning falls largely on the instructor. It is my role to determine how a student will learn best and it's a role I love. I enjoy long term tutoring roles. Many of my students have been students who take lessons regularly for multiple years!
