The benefits of Yoga and Chi Gong. I will teach you how to develop the keys to a successful wellness plan that is right for you. I will also teach you the importance of growing your own vegetable garden and how to maintain it. Robert is an excellent caregiver & healer. I personally recommend Robert for whatever position he may have applied. A few months ago, I fell & broke my ankle. At 80 years old healing is slow. Robert cared for me like I was family. He's an excellent chef. Cooked me such healthy & delicious meals. Took care of home, cared for my plants & yard, & took cared for my 5 cats. All around, the services he provides are 5 STARS! Best caregiver I've ever had. He's coached me on lifestyle changes to include a healthy diet and the value of exercise. Robert has been a blessing in my life! On occasion, he brings by his lovely daughter A and teaches her about care giving & being a good human. I've immensely enjoy seeing her & getting to know them both. I think Robert is a great father with a big heart who really cares about people especially the elderly. I would recommend him for whatever position he's being considered for! I give Namaste Wellness & Robert 5 Stars
