Very unprofessional. Spent a long time finding a nanny and she canceled on us right before returning to work from maternity leave. She lied a few times in her interview and had some negative reviews from her references but we trusted her because she reassured us that she was a good person. Ultimately, she was very unreliable and caused us a lot of stress.
