I have experience as a companion for a couple living in a multi level care community in Vero, one with mild to moderate dementia. I lived in another state to assist someone visually impaired performing all duties necessary, driving, shopping, meal preparation to a specific diet, light housekeeping, and hosting. I worked with the VNA as a caregiver and an Occupational Therapy Assistant. I was licensed in FL as an OTA until 2023, working in home health for 5 years primarily with seniors. Transitioning to private Care during COVID. I like to help people become physically stronger so they are able to participate in personal care and social activities safely. I am able to assist with making and managing doctors appointments, errands, light housekeeping, meals/dietary requirements, transportation, and activities. I have outstanding references. I like being outside, cooking and reading.
