AVAILABLE PART-TIME UNTIL MAY 2023 I am a very caring, reliable, and patient person. Over the past 15 years, I have held multiple positions working with children ages 2 months+, including: Childcare Assistant, Swim Instructor, Inclusion Specialist, Pediatric Sleep Consultant and long-term Nanny. My philosophy is centered around explorative play and baby-led development. I value each child as a unique, independent, assured individual, following a Magda Gerber styled approach when interacting and communicating with little ones. I encourage children by following their lead in play based learning spaces and expanding on their interests and ideas. I am most comfortable caring for children 3 months to 3 years and have ample experience working with twins and multiples under 2-years. I value having open communication with your family about your parenting philosophies and practices, making sure that your little ones are well cared for in a loving, safe, and fun environment.
