Renuka has cared for our 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son for almost a year now and I can't say enough great things about her. Both our children absolutely adore her, they ask every day "Is Renuka coming today!?" She is the most compassionate and caring person and looks after our children as if they were here own. Our 3 year old daughter is potty trained and dropped her pacifier all due to Renuka's dedication and determination to get her there (which was not easy!). She is extremely active with the children - they have a new adventure every day...whether it is the library, park, meeting up with the group of friends they have made...there is never a dull moment in our kids day! She is on-time, if not early, every day and her communication is always excellent. She is extremely tidy and leaves our house more organized than when she arrived that day. I could go on and on about all the fabulous reasons why we love Renuka! The biggest thing we will miss when we move is Renuka!
