I have had the pleasure of knowing Renie for ten years as both a fellow employee and friend. During the years of our acquaintance, Renie had been a State-Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee for the company we worked for. Her responsibilities in that capacity grew with each assignment. She assisted our boss with the many tasks required in the appraisal business. Renie is an intelligent, capable, dedicated, and personable woman. I feel confident in saying that she is capable of handling any situation with thoughtfulness and maturity. Renie is organized, efficient, extremely competent, and has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. Her analytical and communication skills are exceptional. She submitted all her work in a timely manner and well-researched. I am happy to recommend Renie for any program or endeavor that she may seek to pursue. If her performance is a good indication of how she would perform, she would be a valuable asset for any organization.
