About Renata

Hi! My name is Renata. I am 28 years old and have loved kids ever since I was younger. Working with children has always been my dream and I love that it has become my reality outside of a classroom. I have a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and have filled in for maternity leave positions. Under my care, children learn how to work and play together, encourage and respect each other, communicate positively, and resolve conflicts. I encourage kids to work toward their full potential by setting high expectations. I encourage children to be responsible by keeping them accountable for their choices. They understand that both positive and negative choices and consequences go hand in hand. I provide a structured environment where they know what is expected of them and how to achieve their goals.
