We had a great over the phone interview. The day of her in person interview she texted an hour before telling me she has car issues. That's not a problem it happens. We rescheduled for the next day mind me I'm a working mom I had to rearrange my whole day around her interview. No show, no call, no text and wouldn't even pick up my call. A waste of my time.
