About Rian

My name is Rian I'm 22 years old & from Weymouth MA. While taking on other careers, I've gained experience working with children & adults with developmental disabilities through applied behavior analysis. I've taught de-escalation, coping strategies, & communication. I've developed patience & empathy while working in behavioral health. It's especially important to me that kids are given genuine care, support, & love. Being a child is a crucial stage in our life. We develop strong emotions that we don't understand, so we learn to communicate by what we're taught or observe. It can be more difficult for parents to balance the stress on top of work, bills, house duties, & no time to decompress or breathe. I'd be thrilled to be able to give you whatever extra help you need! **I'm available Mon-Wed (any time) Thurs & Fri (any time before 5) & Sunday nights (if needed) These aren't strict availability times, I'd be more than happy to talk & work something out.
