Thank you for looking at my profile! I am a 36-year-old woman in Gray Maine. I'm taking on limited part time nanny and tutoring hours as I transitioned from a 10+ year career in the nonprofit sector to full time graduate studies in Social Work. I hold a M. Ed. in Secondary English Ed including coursework in child development. I've previously nannied for a family of 3 children (aged 3, 7 and 8), including one child with specialized needs. Within the past 3 years I worked full time as a shared nanny for two families with toddlers and a summer nanny for a 2-year-old. For nine years I was Program Director for a nonprofit where I facilitated arts programs with teen girls, and non binary youth. I enjoy imaginative play and being outdoors. I approach childcare with compassion and a genuine interest in children's wellbeing and sense of wonder. l look forward to meeting a family that will be a great fit for me!
