Rebecca is enthusiastic about her work. She joins in on kids play that they have started as well as helps expand by asking questions and encouraging them. She is respectful to the children in her care, but even goes beyond that and remembers their likes, hobbies, and stories they share with her. She celebrates with families when exciting things happen and comforts kids when they are having a hard time.
