About Rebecca

I am a teacher on summer break looking to make some extra money while I'm off and get to know some people in my neighborhood! I started babysitting when I was 12 years old, nannied for a family throughout high school, have my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and have been teaching in the Philadelphia public school system for 6 years. In my spare time, I like to take my dog to the park, read or listen to audiobooks, do home improvement projects, practice yoga, sing in my community choir, and have craft nights with my friends. My skills include being CPR and infant/child first aid certified, I can help out with homework, and I love getting creative and doing fun projects or making up games to play! As an educator I'm very good at thinking on my feet and finding ways to make our time together meaningful as well as enjoyable.
