I started caring for people with special needs when I was 18years old in a group home/Adult Residential Facility. I work for about 8years as a direct Support Professional and then move up to an assistant Administrator and after An Administrator. I hold my State license for about 6years now. I am currently managing a Specialized Home 4bed/Adult Female in in Orcutt. CA. My skills include an a Team Player, willing to learn and Grow, passionate about achieving goals.
