I like caring for people with special needs because it's excites me to see a smile or a small nod or anything that shows I had accomplished something great for the residents each day. I also like caregiving because am very passionate about what I do and I tried to do my Best to provide the Best Quality of Life for each Individual I support. I'm looking for a job to gain more Learning Experience and to support Individuals with developmental Disabilities and obtain the position where I can maximize my multilayer of communication skills, and a successful track record. I started caring for people with special needs about 5 years ago, in a (ARF)Residential Facility with my Wife who been an Administrator for Adult with Developmental Disabilities. I grow a passion helping and supporting each individual with there Daily personal Care needs, Providing the Best Quality of Life. In my spare time, Playing /Coaching Flag football, traveling and going out to eat.
