I'd describe my personality as energetic, funny, I like caring for people with special needs because I have a passion for what I do am very compassionate and I love the outcome after a task is been done if it's just a smile or a face gesture. It motivate me to do do my best and be a better person. Overall I tries my best to support each Person the Best Quality of life. I'm looking for a job To obtain the position where I can maximize my multilayer of communication skills, working experience, and a successful track record. I started caring for people with special needs when I was 18years old in a group home/Adult Residential Facility. I work for about 8years as a direct Support Professional and then move up to an assistant Administrator and after An Administrator. I hold my State license for about 6years now. I am currently managing a Specialized Home 4bed/Adult Female in in Orcutt. CA. My skills include an a Team Player, willing to learn and Grow, passionate about achieving goals.
