Hello Family! My name is Raychel, and I am a dedicated and experienced caregiver with a genuine passion for mentoring and inspiring youth. My journey in childcare began at a young age, as I grew up as the oldest of five siblings. Being responsible for my younger siblings allowed me to develop essential skills in childcare, such as changing diapers, preparing meals, providing transportation, assisting with homework, and establishing daily routines that promote discipline and accountability. During my college years, I worked as a tutor with Club Z tutoring, providing academic assistance to students in various subjects. In addition to my teaching background, I have also volunteered with local teen mentoring organizations. For the last 10 years I have been working in the education system as a teacher.
