We hired Raquel to clean for us, twice a week. She showed up Friday and did an amazing job; my house never looked better, and she confirmed that she would come Monday. Monday morning I double checked, and Raquel told me she would see me on time. Her arrival time came and went, and she never showed. We still haven't been able to reach her. If you hire her, know that she does a gorgeous job, but she's not reliable.
