I was looking for someone super fun and conscious about a 4 yr olds development level. She has a daughter around the same age as mine and it couldn't have worked out more perfect! Rae knows exactly what my girl needs and how to handle her. They get to have play dates and my girl comes home ready to relax! I am so blessed to have her and her daughter!!! :)
