I'd describe my personality as goal oriented, flexible, motivated I like tutoring because I can make the biggest change working one-on-one with students. It's much easier to identify topics needing review, achieving goals we set for the student, and can cater the their work with topics that the student loves. The customization available in tutoring is the best recipe for students to learn! I'm looking for a job that is routine. I started tutoring when I was in high school, carried through college, and as I am a professional teacher. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my three kids. One thing you should know about me is I have multiple teaching awards! My skills include math kindergarten through high school Algebra.
