About Rachel

The kitchen is my happy place and cooking for others gives me joy. I love helping others and volunteer at my church on Sundays with the little ones. I have 7 years of professional experience working with the senior population as a Health Educator. More recently I began working with seniors in this capacity, as my father-in-law became a widower and needed assistance with cleaning and maintaining his home, food prep, occasionally assisting with errands, and playing with his cats :-) I have also recently begun to help my mom with some basic cleaning and home maintenance as she is getting older and some things are much more difficult now.
