About Rachel

Greetings, My name is Rachel, and I have an extensive background working with children between the ages of three and 15. I began my career at an alternative school in October of 2022 and later transitioned to working with Stafford County Public Schools in March of 2023. Lastly, I worked as a behavior technician, aiding children with autism until December of 2023. Throughout my experience, I developed a deep understanding of the various methods that can be employed to support children's growth and development. My time in the field has given me a keen eye for detail as well as patience and compassion, which I believe are essential characteristics for working with children. I am confident that my experience and skills will enable me to contribute meaningfully to any organization that values the well-being and healthy development of children.
