We hired Rachel to help with our then 1 year old. When we did our first meet and greet, Rachel answered all of our questions and ensured our child was comfortable with her. Rachel is punctual, responsive, follows directions left and will ask if unclear. We always reach out to Rachel for help whenever we need coverage with our child.
