About Rachel

Hi! I'm a 30 y/o working professional who is looking for a rewarding side gig. Working with kids has always brought me a lot of joy. I started babysitting for my neighbors in middle school - a family of 3 young boys, which was a lot but definitely taught me how to juggle many things! I nannied for a family with 2 girls throughout high school and college summers, and still keep in touch with them today. I have had several jobs involving kids as well, including an afterschool program and a local farm's educational program. I also designed a CSA (community supported agriculture) for kids at one of my farm jobs, and curated fun subscription boxes about food and cooking. I like to do yoga, write, read, and go on hikes in the woods with my pup. I love to cook and would be open to cooking for your family if desired. I'm a kind, personable and gentle person who genuinely loves spending time with kids. I hope we can work together!
