Rachel is an amazing asset to any family. She worked for us for 2 years and we are so sad that we aren't able to have her working with us anymore. Our girls bonded with her instantly and she became part of our family. She is loving and nurturing, and still able to be firm, set limits and follow through with consequences when needed. She is safe and reliable, and picked our girls up from school, assisted with homework, drove them to after school activities, prepared dinner and helped with bedtime routines. We are hoping to still be able to have her work with us when needed and any other family that hires her will be lucky to have her!!
