About Rachel

Hi my name is Rachel. I'm a 23-year-old from Middletown, Delaware and I'm currently in school. While attending school I will still have time for a part-time job. I can provide a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment for your child. I'd describe my personality as reliable, responsible and trustworthy I like working with kids because I want to have a positive impact on the lives of children, build relationships with children and help then learn more everyday I started working with kids when I was in high school. I worked at a daycare after school and later becoming an after school nanny. I have 5 years of experience working with children in childcare. During my experience working daycare I was an assistant and then became a lead teacher for my class. I also have 2 years of experience working with autistic children as well. This experience has taught me how to create a curriculum for my class as well as find new and exciting ways to make learning fun.
