About Rachel

I have a decade of experience caring for pets, fostering cats, and walking dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I have worked in a veterinary office and have experience giving insulin and pills. I truly love animals and try to help them at any opportunity; I have rescued abandoned kittens, volunteered hundreds of hours at shelters, and at various adoption events. I work as a scientist at the NIH with a very flexible schedule. I would like to walk dogs in my nearby area and care for pets in a client's home. I have a wealth of references that I can share with you when I cared for other's pets while living in IL and Williamsburg, VA. I am trustworthy, honest, and responsible. I will treat your pet as the precious member of the family that I know they are. I am happiest and most confident as a trusted animal caretaker when provided with detailed instructions and information about each unique pet. I greatly prefer to conduct a meet and greet with you and your pet before you hire me.
